  • Management fee $89.00 per month.
  • Leasing Fee is ½ of first months rent.

Multi Family Management

For Properties that are 5 units or more

  • Management Fees of 4% to 6% per month of rent collections depending on the size of the property and staffing requirements. These types of properties require an evaluation a proposal and quote.
